The Learning and Development team had access to Sana's Studio Card, a feature that uses vibe coding to let creators generate interactive learning activities by describing what they want in plain language. The team was struggling to use it effectively, which threatened to slow down future projects that depended on interactive content. The goal was to build a microlearning that would teach the team how the feature worked and show them what it could actually do.

The Critical Thinking virtual instructor lead training was a static, PowerPoint presentation with outdated references that didn't allow for learner engagement. The goal of this project was to rebuild the training into an interactive, and engaging experience that held attention and generated useful feedback.

An evaluation of the ACE mentorship program found that learners lacked a centralized set of resources to review after their in person sessions. Stakeholders decided to build eLearning review courses based on existing in person lessons, and place them into an accessible LMS. An upcoming session did not have a course and the course needed to be ready in just three days. The source material was a long, static PowerPoint, and the challenge was to quickly identify what learners actually needed to retain and turn it into something engaging, on brand, accessible, and get stakeholder review, all under the tight deadline.

Students attending online courses within KSU's Bagwell College of Education were required to take a policies and procedures course, but the existing version was long, outdated, hard to navigate, and did not follow KSU branding standards. The goal of this project was to rebuild the course to be shorter, engaging, on brand, and accessible to all students attending courses at KSU.
