Intro To Critical Thinking
The Critical Thinking virtual instructor lead training was a static, PowerPoint presentation with outdated references that didn't allow for learner engagement. The goal of this project was to rebuild the training into an interactive, and engaging experience that held attention and generated useful feedback. I Redesigned the course in Sana Learn using live polls, discussion prompts, and short quizzes in place of passive slides. Outdated examples were replaced with current, relatable ones.
Process
Before updating the training, I wanted to ensure that the changes aligned with the instructor’s training style and maintained the flow of the original content. I reviewed the existing training and attended other sessions facilitated by the instructor to gain a better understanding of their teaching style and the overall structure and flow of the original material. Once I had a clear understanding of the existing approach, I began researching videos that were more recent and relevant while still serving the same purpose as the original content. After incorporating the new content and interactivity, I walked through the updated training with the facilitator and made any necessary revisions based on their feedback.
